Purpose
The project assists prisoners who were prosecuted for their civil status, campaign headquarters members, volunteers of the "Honest People" initiative, volunteers helping prisoners, and their relatives near pre-trial detention centers and prisons.
The project provides the following types of assistance:
- Care packages for political prisoners.
- Financial assistance to the families of political prisoners.
- Replenishment of the prisoners’ personal accounts in the “prison store.”
The project involves the payment of monthly material assistance for six months. At the moment, our Foundation is helping the families of 47 prisoners. 33 of them agreed to payments. The first tranches have already been implemented and amounted to 300 euros per family.
