Who can be the organizer of the event?
If no more than 1000 people are expected to participate, any citizen of the Republic of Belarus; if the number exceeds 1000 people - only political parties, trade unions, and other Republic of Belarus organizations, or state bodies.
Where can mass events be held?
Only in specially designated places that are indicated on the website of the executive committee:
Where to go to agree on a meeting?
First, we conclude a contract with the ambulance station. Then with "Zelenstroy" of the district where you plan to hold the event and internal affairs bodies.
After the conclusion of contracts with the listed structures, the application is submitted by its organizer (organizers) to the local executive and administrative body on the territory of which the mass event is planned to be held.

How much does it cost to host a mass event?
DIA services for the protection of public order are established in the following sizes:
Contracts with the ambulance and "Zelenstroy" are concluded directly with these organizations. The cost of their services is calculated individually.
When can meetings be held?
Any days, as agreed. The pre-election campaign should be distinguished when pickets are of a notification nature and can be held almost everywhere, except 50 meters from administration buildings.
Do not forget that recently people were collecting signatures under an appeal to the deputy and were detained for participating in an alleged rally. Remember the Belarusian reality and disseminate useful information via chats.

- 25 basic units - for an affair with several participants from 11 to 100 people
- 150 base units - for an event with the number of participants from 101 to 1000 people
- 250 basic units - for an event with more than 1000 participants.
