Anna Kravchenko: “It is important not to forget that injustice happens every day”

Anna Kravchenko talks about the patronage of political prisoner Anna Pyshnik as part of the information campaign of our Foundation and the Dissidentby initiative "Until All are free."

"I am the guardian of the political prisoner Anya Pyshnik. I chose her because she is not only my namesake but also the mother of a little daughter, just like me. It pains me deeply to imagine what her family is going through, how it affects the little girl, and how the mother experiences the separation.

Because it is important to draw attention to this issue, so they will receive more help (which is always sorely lacking) not only material but also moral. It is important not to forget that injustice happens every day, to call it injustice, and to do everything you can to fight it.

I use my social media to draw attention to the issue of political prisoners, telling Anya's terrible story, about the conditions in which she and other political prisoners are serving their sentences. I also organize events and actions to help raise additional funds for political prisoners, and I help materially myself through several projects."

Anna Pyshnik (Chimpoesh) - sentenced to three years of imprisonment. According to pro-government channels, she was detained under a criminal article for a video showing the movement of military equipment and its transmission to a Telegram channel. Anna has a minor daughter.

Anna Kravchenko - an activist, manager of the initiative "Dvijbot."
