III conference of Belarusians of the world - together for a better future of Belarus

The III Conference of Belarusians Worldwide took place in Prague.

In particular, the conference discussed "Strengthening the Potential of the Belarusian Diaspora." This topic was the focus of the third panel discussion.
Volha Zazulinskaya, the head of "A Country to Live in" foundation, and Irina McLean, a member of the Board of Trustees of the Fund, presented the project "Voice Across Borders: Intercontinental Relay in Support of Belarus."

Its goals are:
  • To showcase the real Belarus - a modern country of creativity and resilience;
  • To create solidarity by highlighting the critical situation in Belarus;
  • An online solidarity relay that amplifies the voices of Belarusians worldwide.

Additionally, during the same panel discussion, Andrey Stryzhak talked about The Humanitarian ambulance service - operational support for political prisoners, jointly coordinated by:
Yuliya Yukhno spoke about the "Rehabilitation Program for Children of Repressed Belarusians" (this project is implemented jointly with "A Country to Live" Foundation), and Veranika Stankievich added details about the "Volnyja" program - an initiative to assist former Belarusian political prisoners.

All of these humanitarian projects and initiatives have arisen in response to the terror from the illegitimate authorities towards Belarusians. Our goal is to provide assistance to the affected and to unite the potential of the Belarusian diaspora abroad.

Friends, today we celebrate Freedom Day together. Congratulations to all of you on this holiday, and at 7 PM Minsk time, join the online celebration!
