Schedule of Events on the Topic of Aid for Political Prisoners at the "New Belarus" Conference

The third "New Belarus" conference will kick off this Friday in Vilnius.

It will last from August 3 to 4. However, side events will begin in advance. On August 2, as part of the conference, there will be a side event featuring Volha Zazulinskaya, head of "A Country to Live in" foundation, titled "Belarusian Initiatives and Global Support – How to Build Effective Working Structures Together?". Volha Zazulinskaya will represent not only "A Country to Live in" foundation but also the entire the "Emergency Humanitarian Aid" service.

The side event will start at 12:30 PM and will be held in conference hall 5.3 of the LitExpo exhibition center at Laisvės pr. 5, Vilnius.

The purpose of the event is to highlight the importance of uniting Belarusian initiatives with international support to create effective solutions and strengthen cultural identity. We want to discuss how international cooperation and experience exchange can contribute to more effective assistance.

The focus of the discussion will be on three key aspects of helping political prisoners and strengthening Belarusian identity:
  • "Emergency Humanitarian Aid" service
  • International Humanitarian Fund
  • "Voice Across Borders: Intercontinental Relay in Support of Belarus"

This panel discussion will begin at 11:55 AM and continue until 1:40 PM.
