We have already talked about the Kastus Kalinovsky scholarship program - an alternative for students expelled from Belarusian universities for their civic position. This is helpful to our compatriots who cannot study in their native country because of their political views.
Since April 1, the acceptance of documents for the programs named after Kastus Kalinovsky has resumed. If you are a citizen of the Republic of Belarus and want to become a program I scholar, then by May 15 of this year, you need to:
Documents must be submitted simultaneously in pdf format. The application form and application should be written in Polish. Forms are available here.
You also have the opportunity to become a program II scholar. It is designed for candidates who can already demonstrate achievements in scientific and/or organizational, social, or public activities related to widely understood transformations (political, social, economic), whose activities will provide the greatest opportunities for Belarus the specialization received in Poland.

In the summer, applicants for the place of fellows of the programs will have interviews in an online format. The admission decision will be made by July 31st.

- Apply for admission to the program
- Submit high school diploma Apostille high school diploma
- Provide proof of university studies (with a statement of grades, a list of passed subjects)
- Provide a document of deduction
- Submit documents of detention or arrest (or other documents that may affect the decision of the examination committee)

- A copy of a university diploma equivalent to a Polish master's degree
- Applicant's questionnaire. Available on the website
- A short cover letter justifying the chosen specialty (in Polish)
- Research project planned during the stay (in Polish)
- Curriculum vitae in Polish, arranged from last to previous, together with a photograph
- List of publications, achievements, and professional projects
- Certificates confirming knowledge of foreign languages
- Any other data, documents, or information that, in the candidate's opinion, may assist the Selection Panel in properly assessing his candidacy
