Born and raised in Vitebsk, he studied at the Moscow Technical University MIREA and the Erfurt School of Economics after graduating from the machine-tool college.
After moving to Germany, he worked for the world's leading consulting companies. Mikhail is a member of the German-Belarusian Council of Entrepreneurs and the Union of Business Consultants in Germany. In addition, he actively joined the initiative "Belarus 2020 - exit poll abroad", which covered more than 20 countries and brought together more than 250 volunteers worldwide.
Mikhail immediately responded to the founders of "A Country to Live in" foundation proposal to join its Board of Trustees. And from the first days of the Foundation's work, he has been using his rich experience in political activity and building structured business processes in the council's work.
