Irina McLean

Irina was born and raised in Minsk, and currently resides in Edinburgh, Scotland. Irina holds three higher education degrees (in psychology, social work, and public sector business management), and she is actively involved in establishing an effective research management structure to support social research in the National Health Service of Scotland. Irina's primary research focus is on the integration of healthcare and social services in Scotland. Her passion for social research is grounded in years of experience working with various NGOs, both in Scotland and other countries. Participation on the advisory board of "A Country to Live in" Foundation enables Irina to support the team and work towards the future of Belarus today.
